Goal:  Setup Area for Volunteer Food

Areas to Setup:

• Volunteer Room

Items Needed:

• Road Case #5 (Volunteer Food Supplies)
• Small Plastic mini-basket crate w/ 64 cardboard squares
• 1 Case Water
• Room Layout Diagram

If Dance Studio room is not open, find Custodian/Teacher to open door

Put Road Case in Dance Studio

Grab 16 tables and 72 chairs

Arrange tables/chairs per layout drawing

Underneath every table leg/foot needs to be 1 piece of cardboard square

Put plastic tablecloths on food/drink tables

Tape Volunteer sign outside near door with Blue Tape

Have custodian lock door

Once completed, return to Large Gym
