Goal:  Setup Area for Volunteer Check-in

Areas to Setup:

  • Volunteer Check-in
  • Judge/Ref Check-in
  • Lobby Welcome signs

Items Needed:

  • Blue “3×3” trolley
  • Name Badges
  • Extra new lanyards from Road Case #11
  • 3 Black adjustable tablecloths from Road Case #11 – top right fliptop crate
  • 3 rental tables
  • 6 rental chairs
  • Competition Area Layout, Competition Sign Layout and Banner list
Put 1 black tablecloths on each table – adjusting velcro to fit table
Separate name badge paper inserts and put in plastic pocket and sort
Put Judges and Referees badges on separate table
Set out checkin lists and put up banners as layout shows
Once completed, head into Large Gym and help other area
