Hello NorCal Teams, 

We are very excited to announce Early Bird Registration for the Spring League Events is starting on March 30th and General Registration is starting April 4th.  Please note that only FLL Challenge teams that did not get the opportunity to participate in the Fall Qualifier Tournaments are eligible for early bird. General Registration is open for ALL Teams. 

Spring Event dates are as follows: April 24, 25 and May 8, 2021.

All the events will be held remotely using Hopin. 

Spot will fill out quickly, so what can you do to get ready? 

For New Teams:

Step 1: FIRST Registration & screening

  • Have a fully registered team with FIRST which is all done through the firstinspires.org site.   
  • Make sure your two screened coaches have passed their YPP screening.

   
  • Both Coaches must accept Consent & Release and complete Terms & Conditions.

    
  • Make sure your entire team is on your FIRST dashboard roster, and their parents have signed their consent and release forms through FIRST. Youth team member registration via the on-line Youth Registration System is required this year in order to participate in FIRST programs. This is mandated by FIRST.

Step 2:  Event Registration: Check out this step by step Playing at Learning tutorial to complete your team event registration.  

Step 3: Compile some digital pictures of your teams that might be shared during your event. 

More information about your event will be provided as your team completes the registration. In the meantime, feel free to visit the resource page of our website. 

For Returning teams: 

Send us an email on fll@playingatlearning.org with the subject “Spring Event Registration “.  We will reset your status on the team list so you can re-register for these events.
