Item 1. Pay Tournament Registration fee    Deadline IS PAST  !!    Emails will be sent / followed by phone calls.  

 

 The following items 2-8 do not get mailed to any email address – fill out the JotForm to submit.

Item 2. Provide team photo (in PNG, GIF or JPG only)

Item 3. Provide robot picture (in PNG, GIF or JPG only)

Item 4. Confirm Rookie Status – ie is the entire team  (as in all team members individually)  is in their first year of FLL

Item 5. Provide team overview of about 300 to 350 characters. Include information such as any team sponsors,  your robot’s name (if there is one) and the team’s project title or specific food safety issue – this information will be published in the tournament program.   If you list team member names, please do not include full names of team members – first name only is fine.  

Item 6. Provide soft copy of Team Profile (Editable PDF)MS Word version

Item 7. Provide as inline text (or if you must, a MS Word doc), a project title  (~6 words) and a short project abstract (~35 words) explaining the specific challenge issue that your team picked for their project – this should be very short.  These will be handed to the project judges.

Item 8. Provide an Emcee team intro as text. This would be 1 to 3 fun items about the team as well as any sponsors – please include a note if the team is a rookie team or if not, how many years that the team members have participated in FLL. This information that will be given to the emcee and team announcer

 

Item 9.  Identify an adult volunteer (not the coach) from your team that is available for at least 4 hours of the tournament day and have them sign up for a role via the   General/Team Volunteer self-assign link available for January championships:  Silicon Valley, East Bay, Peninsula, Capital .

 

Item 10.   Prepare pit “decorations” / team costumes / and team give-aways for Kids Choice Awards!   2011 Kids Choice Award Categories   now updated and available.
