Thank you for submitting your team’s Info form (Jotform).

What happens next?

1.  Every few days and as time allows,  we will review your submission for correctness.  This includes the following checks:
   • Adult Volunteer is not either of the 2 Lead Coaches and has a correct email address
   • Doing a review of the information.
2. Several confirmation emails are sent by the jotform system.  All come from “teaminfo@playingatlearning.org” and are sent to whatever email addresses are entered. In the confirmation email to the team contact (and secondary contact) is a link to edit your team’s  jotform entry in case something needs to be fixed.
3. Remote events will not require a team volunteer. Hybrid events might – we will let you know. 
4. If a fix is needed,  the team’s status table will be updated – look at the Explanation/Notes line.  It should tell you what specific fix or fixes are needed.
5. If your jotform is all correct AND if payment for NorCal FLL has been received AND your team’s roster is complete AND the team is FIRST eligible with 2 screened coaches, your team will be enabled to register after registration opens.    The status will say, “Yes – Register Now” with a link if registration is open or “Yes – QT Registration not open” (but no link) if event registration is not open. This will show up directly in the same Team Status table – on the line that says “NorCal Eligible to register for QT?”

There is no need to send an email letting us know that you submitted your jotform – we get a confirmation email too.   It can take a day or two to review your entry each time that you hit submit.
