Announcing: 11th Annual NorCal FLL Design Contest !

Design Submission Deadline is Sunday October 22nd

Email your design to tshirts@playingatlearning.org along with your FLL team number

 

Guidelines:

1. Try to keep a idea with big bold features.
2. Try to keep the number of different colors used relatively small.
3. Don’t worry about putting the design on a T-shirt “model” – we will handle that – just submit the design itself.
4. Please include the name of this year’s Challenge name “Hydro Dynamics” plus FIRST LEGO League Northern California 2017 somewhere on the design
5. We can accept most formats – we prefer PNG or TIF or similar lossless format but JPG, GIF can be accepted.
6. We really prefer not to receive Word Doc, PDF or other hard to extract formats.
7. We will NOT chose a design that has your team name or other team specific information on it  – this is a design to be used for ALL of the Championship volunteers and needs to be independent of a specific team.

What do YOU win?:

A team that submits the winning design will get free t-shirts for the team (team members only) and up to 2 coaches.  You must include (in the email  – not in the shirt design!)  the team name/number for your entry to be considered a team’s entry, otherwise it is assumed to be the work of an individual.  In either case, by submitting a design entry the individual designer and/or team gives Playing At Learning the right to use their design for this purpose.

Who Picks Winning Design?

We have settled on a process of just having a small committee of our choosing – for the last couple of years a group of 4 people provided input.

Why should you participate?:

Your design will be used on the Volunteers tshirts for all 4 of the NorCal Championships. It is fun and an easy way to help make NorCal unique!
